Employment Opportunity – Administrator Id-Dar tal-Providenza.

We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly experienced individual with strong leadership, management and organizational skills, as well as an understanding of community-based non-profit programs. An ability to integrate and harmonize diversified functions among all the existing units at Id-Dar tal-Providenza is required.

This role would suit a person who has strong relationship skills, an exceptional work ethic and excellent written and oral communication skills in Maltese and English. Your high level of professionalism and attention to detail will be highly valued in this busy and exciting role. Familiarity with grant writing and grant reporting and experience in previous applications of E.U. funded projects will be an advantage. Knowledge of the Human Rights Act, the Equal Opportunities (Persons with disability) Act, and other relevant legislation is required.

 To qualify for this position, you should have:

· A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership position preferably in non-profit organisations.
· A proven track record in cost management and fund raising initiatives.
· An ability to work with persons in the caring professions and volunteers in a team environment.
