Girl Guides’ 3-day camp at Id-Dar tal-Providenza

A national camp designed to promote STEM subjects – Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics took place under tents in the fields surrounding Id-Dar tal-Providenza. Around 100 girl guides came from various village groups to participate in the three-day camp. Throughout the camp the girls familiarized themselves with scientific subjects in a practical and holistic way.

The Malta Council for Science and Technology (MCST) backed this initiative as part of its efforts to popularize science among young people.
