SPRED Catechists renew their mandate

All catechists that form SPRED (SPecial REligious Development) renewed their commitment and received their mandate for the year 2015-16. These cathecists, who are mostly volunteers, accompany the residents of Id-Dar tal-Providenza in their walk through faith. In this Celebration-Meeting, that took place at the Scouts Headquarters in Floriana, the cathecists also had time for formation during which this year they reflected on the experience in life of the four main elements of water, wind, fire and earth. The cathecists are in touch with these four elements during every SPRED meeting. Their reflections on the experiences of these four elements also focused on the latest Encyclical of Pope Francis ‘Laudato Sì’, On the Care of our Common Home.
