Champions League Trophy at Dar tal-Providenza

A delegation from the Maltese Milan Club and the Associazzione Italiana Milan Clubs visited id-Dar tal-Providenza as part of the events linked to the visit of the Champions League Trophy to Malta. During the visit, the residents at Dar tal-Preovidenza could also enjoy the Cup.

Fr. Martin Micallef, the residence’s Director, thanked the Maltese Milan Club and the AIMC for making this event possible. Ms. Nuccia Malvestiti, who led the AIMC delegation, described the visit as a very emotional one and thanked the residents for the welcome and for the ‘gift’ of their presence. The President of the Milan Club Malta, Mr. Joseph Galea, reiterated the clubs commitment towards supporting id-Dar Tal-Providenza and announced that parts of the proceeds collected during the event organised by the Club will be donated to id-Dar Tal-Providenza.

Ms. Nuccia and Mr Galea were accompanied by Mr. Kurt Zammit, Mr. Chris Tanti and Mr. Aaron Flores, from the Maltese Milan Club. Also present to the event was Jesmond Saliba, a Board Member at Dar tal-Providenza and AC Milan’s representative in Malta.
